1. GENERAL PROVISIONSThis Privacy Policy (hereinafter – the Policy) was developed by Limited Liability Company «MSM Engineering» (OGRN 1237700615437, INN 9714019740), legal address: 143405, Moscow region, Krasnogorsk urban district, Krasnogorsk, Ilyinskoye sh., 1a, part of premises 9b/1, part of premises 1.23 (hereinafter – the Operator).
1.1. This Policy was developed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 «On Personal Data» (as currently in force, hereinafter – Personal Data Law) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and security measures taken by the Operator.
1.2. The Operator's primary goal is to comply with human and civil rights and freedoms when processing personal data, including protecting the right to privacy, personal and family secrets.
1.3. This Policy applies to all information that the Operator may obtain about visitors to the website https://msm-engineering.com (hereinafter – the Website).
2. KEY TERMS USED IN THE POLICY
Personal Data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or identifiable natural person (subject of personal data). The subject of personal data is you, the website user.
Automated Personal Data Processing – processing using computing equipment.
Personal Data Blocking – temporary suspension of processing (except when processing is necessary to verify data).

Personal Data Information System – a set of databases containing personal data and information technologies and technical means for their processing.
Personal Data Anonymization – actions resulting in the impossibility of determining the ownership of personal data to a specific subject without using additional information.
Personal Data Processing – any action (operation) or set of actions performed using automation means or without them, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.
Operator – LLC «MSM Engineering», independently or jointly with others organizing and/or processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing, composition of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) performed with personal data.
User – any visitor to the website https://msm-engineering.com
Personal Data Provision – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a specific person or group of persons.
Personal Data Distribution – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer) or making them available to an unlimited number of persons, including publication in mass media, placement in information and telecommunication networks, or providing access by other means.
Cross-border Transfer of Personal Data – transfer of personal data to a foreign territory to a foreign authority, foreign individual, or foreign legal entity.
Personal Data Destruction – actions resulting in the irreversible destruction of personal data with no possibility of further recovery of data content in the information system and/or destruction of physical data carriers.
3. MAIN RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE OPERATOR
3.1. The Operator has the right to:
  • receive accurate information and/or documents containing personal data from the subject of personal data;
  • continue processing personal data without the subject's consent if there are grounds specified in the Personal Data Law, in case of revocation of consent or request to stop processing;
  • independently determine the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure compliance with obligations under the Personal Data Law and related regulations, unless otherwise established by law.
3.2. The Operator is obliged to:
  • provide the subject of personal data with information regarding their data processing upon request within 10 working days from the date of receiving the request;
  • organize personal data processing in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
  • respond to appeals and requests from subjects of personal data and their legal representatives in accordance with the requirements of the Personal Data Law;
  • provide the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) with necessary information upon request within 10 days from the date of receiving such request;
  • publish or otherwise ensure unrestricted access to https://msm-engineering.com
  • take legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, provision, dissemination, as well as from other unlawful actions;
  • terminate the transfer (dissemination, provision, access) of personal data, stop processing and destroy personal data in the manner and cases provided for by the Personal Data Law;
  • send a notification to the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights regarding personal data processing in the manner established by Article 22 of Law No. 152-FZ, and update said notification when changing information;
  • fulfill other obligations provided for by the Personal Data Law.
4. MAIN RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF PERSONAL DATA SUBJECTS
4.1. Personal data subjects have the right to:
  • receive information concerning processing of their personal data, except for cases provided for by federal laws; information shall be provided by the Operator in an accessible form and shall not contain data relating to other subjects, except when there are legal grounds for disclosure of such data;
  • require the Operator to clarify their personal data, block or destroy them if the personal data are incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the declared purpose of processing, as well as take measures provided for by law to protect their rights;
  • impose a condition of prior consent when processing personal data for the purpose of promoting goods, works and services on the market;
  • revoke consent to personal data processing or send a request to stop processing;
  • appeal unlawful actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights or in court;
  • exercise other rights provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.2. Personal data subjects are obliged to:
  • provide the Operator with reliable information about themselves;
  • promptly inform the Operator about clarification (updating, changing) of their personal data.
4.3. Persons who have provided the Operator with unreliable information about themselves or information about another subject without their consent shall bear responsibility in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5. PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
5.1. Processing is carried out on a lawful and fair basis.
5.2. Processing is limited to achieving specific, pre-defined and lawful purposes. Processing incompatible with the purposes of collecting personal data is not allowed.
5.3. Merging databases containing personal data, the processing of which is carried out for incompatible purposes, is not allowed.
5.4. Only those personal data that correspond to the purposes of their processing shall be processed.
5.5. The content and scope of processed personal data shall correspond to the declared purposes. Excessive processing of personal data in relation to the declared purposes is not allowed.
5.6. During processing, the accuracy, sufficiency, and, if necessary, relevance of personal data in relation to the purposes of processing shall be ensured. The Operator shall take necessary measures to delete or clarify incomplete or inaccurate data.
5.7. Storage of personal data shall be carried out in a form that allows identifying the subject no longer than required for the purposes of processing, unless a storage period is established by federal law, agreement, where the subject is a party, beneficiary or guarantor. Processed personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized upon achievement of processing purposes or in case of loss of need to achieve these purposes, unless otherwise provided by federal law.

6. PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
6.1. The Operator processes personal data for the following purposes:
  • responding to users' appeals received through the feedback form on the Website, as well as via email https://msm-engineering.com
  • sending informational and promotional materials (including news newsletters) to users only with their separate consent;
  • improving Website performance

6.2. The following categories of personal data are processed for these purposes:
  • surname, name, patronymic (if any);
  • email address;
  • contact phone number (if provided by the user);
  • information that the user independently indicates in the message text.
6.3. The legal basis for processing is:
  • consent of the personal data subject (clause 1 of part 1 of Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ);
  • processing is necessary to fulfill an agreement in which the subject is a party (clause 5 of part 1 of Article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ) – applies only when the user enters into a separate agreement with the Operator (for example, for paid services).
7. CONDITIONS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
7.1. Processing is carried out with the consent of the personal data subject, except as provided by law.
7.2. Processing is necessary to achieve the purposes provided for by an international treaty of the Russian Federation or law, to fulfill the functions, powers and obligations assigned to the Operator.
7.3. Processing is necessary for the administration of justice, execution of a court decision, or an act of another body or official subject to execution in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on enforcement proceedings.
7.4. Processing is necessary to fulfill an agreement in which the subject is a party or beneficiary, or guarantor, as well as to conclude an agreement at the initiative of the subject or an agreement in which the subject will be the beneficiary or guarantor (this basis applies only in the presence of contractual relations).
7.5. Processing is necessary to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator or third parties, or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and freedoms of the subject are not violated.
7.6. Processing of publicly available personal data is carried out (access to an unlimited number of persons is provided by the subject or at their request).
7.7. Processing of data subject to publication or mandatory disclosure in accordance with federal law is carried out.
8. PROCEDURE FOR COLLECTION, STORAGE, TRANSFER AND OTHER TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
8.1. The security of personal data is ensured by implementing legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to comply with the requirements of the legislation on the protection of personal data.
8.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude unauthorized access.
8.3. Personal data of users are not disclosed to third parties, except in cases where such transfer is necessary to ensure the functioning of the Website, achieve the purposes specified in section 6, and comply with applicable law. The Operator may engage third parties to process personal data (for example, organizations providing website hosting services, email services, statistics), provided that agreements are concluded with such parties containing an obligation to ensure the confidentiality and security of processed personal data.
8.4. If inaccuracies are detected in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator at the email address https://msm-engineering.com with the «Personal Data Update».
8.5. The period for processing personal data is determined by the achievement of the purposes for which they were collected, unless a different period is provided by an agreement or applicable law. As a general rule, data is stored no longer than three years from the last user interaction, unless a different period is established by law or required to fulfill contractual obligations.
8.6. The User can revoke their consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator at the email address https://msm-engineering.com with the пометкой «Revocation of Consent to Personal Data Processing». In this case, the Operator is obliged to cease processing and destroy personal data within 30 days from receipt of the revocation, unless otherwise provided by law or agreement.
8.7. All information collected by third-party services (including payment systems, communication tools, and other service providers) is stored and processed in accordance with their user agreements and privacy policies. The Operator is not responsible for the actions of third parties unless such parties are its authorized processors.
8.8. Prohibitions established by the subject on the transfer (except for granting access), as well as on processing or conditions for processing (except for granting access) of data permitted for dissemination, do not apply in cases of processing in the public interest, as defined by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
8.9. The operator ensures the confidentiality of personal data.

9. COOKIE FILES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
9.1. The Website uses cookie files – small text files stored on the user's device, as well as visit counters, web beacons and other similar technologies to collect statistics, analyze user behavior, improve Website performance and personalize content.
9.2. The following information may be processed using these technologies: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, date and time of visit, viewed pages, link clicks, and other technical information.
9.3. The user consents to the use of cookie files and similar technologies upon their first visit to the Website by selecting the appropriate option in the pop-up information window. The user can change their browser settings at any time to disable cookie acceptance, although some Website functions may become unavailable as a result.
9.4. The Operator does not use cookie files and similar technologies to collect special categories of personal data or transfer this data to third parties without the user's separate consent.
10. LIST OF ACTIONS PERFORMED BY THE OPERATOR WITH PERSONAL DATA
10.1. The Operator performs collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data.
10.2. The Operator performs automated personal data processing with or without transmission of the obtained information via telecommunication networks.
11. CROSS-BORDER TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
11.1. Prior to initiating cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to notify the authorized body for protection of personal data subjects' rights about their intention to perform such transfer (the notification is submitted separately from the processing notification).
11.2. Prior to submitting the aforementioned notification, the Operator must obtain relevant information from foreign authorities, foreign individuals, or foreign legal entities to whom the transfer is planned, confirming the level of protection of rights or evidence of other lawful grounds for transfer.
11.3. As of the approval of this Policy, the Operator does not perform cross-border transfer of personal data. Should a decision be made to initiate such transfers, the Operator will amend this Policy accordingly and notify Roskomnadzor in the prescribed manner.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY OF PERSONAL DATA
12.1. The Operator and other persons who have accessed personal data are obliged not to disclose personal data to third parties or disseminate them without the subject's consent, unless otherwise provided by federal law.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. The user can obtain any clarifications regarding personal data processing by contacting the Operator via email at https://msm-engineering.com . Please note that we do not process anonymous inquiries. Upon receiving your inquiry, we may request you to confirm your identity (for example, by providing your passport details) before providing a response.
13.2. All amendments to this Policy are published on the Website at https://msm-engineering.com/pol_ . The Policy remains in effect indefinitely until replaced by a new version.
